HQ gives each recurring job its own bot: one researches, one drafts, one reports. You talk to them in plain language. They work to a schedule, keep what they make and wait for you where it matters. They reach your email, calendar and other tools through workflows you own.

  • One bot, one job

    Each bot has a name, a job and its own instructions. Describe a new job to the main bot, and it sets up the right bot for you.

  • Routines that run on time

    Hourly, daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly, in your time zone. New routines start paused, so nothing runs until you switch it on.

  • Nothing goes out unapproved

    Emails, posts and changes in other systems wait for a person’s click. HQ enforces this itself; it isn’t left to the AI.

  • Results beside the chat

    Bots show tables, charts and briefs in a side panel, so you see the result, not a wall of text. Split it, resize it and keep what you need.

  • Bots that work together

    Bots hand work to each other, such as research going to the drafting bot. A live map shows who is working with whom.

  • A library of everything they make

    Drafts, briefs and lists land in one place, ready to copy, edit or export as CSV. Every search and every page a bot read is on record.

HQ isn’t a shared cloud app. Each business gets its own installation on its own server in the EU, run by Mosaik under a data processing agreement.

    Your bots, chats and files sit on a server used by your business alone, in an EU data centre. There’s no database shared with other customers.

  • AI models you choose

    Open models can run on the server itself, so nothing leaves it. For demanding work, the pilot adds a model in an EU cloud region, with the local model as a backup.

  • Approvals the AI can’t skip

    Every app run, such as sending an email, needs a click from a person. HQ enforces this on the server, whatever the AI writes.

  • Roles and records

    Admins and team members have separate roles. What each bot searched, read and ran is logged, so you can see why something happened.

Is HQ ready to use?

It works, and Mosaik is moving its own work onto it first. Before the first pilot business joins, we add two-factor sign-in, an audit log, backups and an external security review. Join the list and we’ll tell you when pilot places open.

Where does our data live?

On a server for your business alone, in an EU data centre. Mosaik runs it for you under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Your data isn’t mixed with other customers’ data and isn’t used to train AI models.

Which AI model does HQ use?

Today, open models that run on the server itself. For demanding work, the pilot adds a model in an EU cloud region, under a data processing agreement and without training on your data. If that model is ever unavailable, HQ will switch to the local one.

Can the bots send emails or change things on their own?

They research, draft and prepare on their own. Anything that leaves HQ, like an email, a post or a change in another system, runs through an app you connect, and every app run waits for a person to approve it.

Do we need technical staff?

No. We set up the server, the bots and the connections, and train your team. Day to day, you talk to the bots in plain language.

What will it cost?

HQ will be a monthly subscription per business that includes your own server, set-up and ongoing care. We’re setting the prices together with the first pilot businesses.

Is there a phone app?

HQ runs in the browser on desktop and phone. Approval requests as phone notifications are part of the pilot; apps for iPhone and Android come later.

Can our customers talk to HQ?

No. HQ is for your team. A separate assistant for your customers, on your website or WhatsApp, is planned for later. It gets a few narrow tools and never access to HQ itself.
