What exactly can you automate?
Recurring work that follows a pattern. Most small businesses start with one of our four AI employees: the phone and appointments, enquiries and leads, sales research, or invoices and quotes. For bigger companies we automate processes across their tools, from moving data between systems to reports and answers to internal questions.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
The first call is free. The price is individual, based on your volume: in the intro call we work it out with you in concrete numbers, including what it brings you. An AI employee is live in 2–3 weeks; for bigger projects an Audit takes two weeks and a Sprint three. We agree the price in writing before we start.
Do we have to replace our software?
No. Software that works stays. We connect it, as long as it offers an interface we can use and the data is good enough.
Do we need anyone technical on our side?
No. We need one person who knows how the work runs today and can make decisions about it. We take care of the technical side.
How do you handle our data?
Before anything goes live, we document which data moves where, who can access it and what gets logged. The Audit includes a GDPR and data-residency check for every idea, so sensitive data is considered before anything is built.
Does my workflow need AI?
Not necessarily. Clear rules stay simple rules. We only use AI where reading text or documents brings a benefit you can check.
What happens if something breaks?
Every automation has error handling, limited retries and a log of each run. When something fails or is unclear, it goes to a named person instead of passing through unchecked. With Ongoing care we watch it for you.
